Despite the hour+ long commutes when the snow delays the buses, I am always glad NOT to have a car in winter; I wouldn’t want to be digging it out and then defending my parking space on Philly’s streets!

Well, here it comes again. Sounds like me may be lucky and only get 10 inches or so. West and North of us are looking more at 2 feet.
