aloha Abigail – actually i’d say you are inspiring haiku. this ku of yours (imo) has a great observation as the essence of it coupled with what i might call a connecting insight. both are quite advantageous when writing ku. another key to improving (my) ku is to ku a lot and often with a lot of reading of ku and ku concepts all the time. we are each of us just where we are in writing our own haiku, but imo we can all help each other become better ku writers. …so, thank you for ku-ing each day.
